I dinged my arm up today during a pre-dawn bike ride on The Strand, so I'll be brief since typing is difficult. Looks like triathlon season is over. I'd add more, but this sprained left hand and that right arm in a sling make it tough. X-ray negative at the ER, but I'd say it's 50/50 on a broken elbow. Nice scratch on my face, too. Didn't look too bad today, but I imagine it'll look worse before it looks better. Will see how I feel tomorrow, doctor later this week. In good news, my face protected the helmet from any impact, so no need to replace it! And don’t get me started on Blue Cross, which sent me to 2 urgent care facilities that wouldn’t bill their HMO. Now I enter reimbursement hell.
